These terms apply to bookings of the accommodation presented on lacasadimimi.it. Read them before confirming: by confirming the booking, you accept them.

The price

The price we quote you is the total for the stay: it includes final cleaning and all mandatory costs. You pay for optional services only if you choose them.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: it is paid separately on arrival, if the Municipality applies it, at the rate set by its regulations.

How to book

1. Request availability for your dates, using the calendar or the contact details on the website.
2. We reply in writing with the total price, the deposit and a link to these terms.
3. The booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, after payment of the deposit.

Cancellation

If we have to cancel your booking, we will refund everything you have paid immediately, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del consumo) does not apply, because the booking concerns accommodation for specific dates (Article 59(1)(n)). The cancellation terms set out above apply.

Arrival and departure

On arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document: by law, we report their details to the Questura, the local police headquarters (Article 109 of the Consolidated Public Security Act, Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza).

Only the guests named in the booking may stay in the accommodation.
